DUTIES:
Provides strategic direction for institution-wide traditional and online undergraduate and graduate enrollment operations including, monitoring enrollment and degree operations, related processes, and divisional staffing to ensure quality academic services and institutional compliance with federal laws and other requirements. Provides process-related direction for the creation, use, and maintenance of curricular, enrollment, and student records information systems, recommending process improvements and overseeing managerial staff to ensure high quality delivery of curricular and student enrollment services. Serves as a central communication resource for academic and policy information related to student records management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum two years of professional registrar office experience with progressive growth of responsibilities
- Supervisory experience with professional staff
- Experience managing complex records systems and computer systems development in a registrar’s office or admissions office
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in management, leadership, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Specific experience with Peoplesoft Campus Solutions/Student Information System
- Two years of supervisory experience with professional staff
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with students, faculty, staff, and others.
- Ability to interact effectively with various outside organizations and agencies in enforcing key university academic policies.
- Experience in working with high education-high school dual enrollment/dual degree programs.
- Strong interest in being an advocate for both faculty and students through direct and indirect interaction, i.e. procedural and systems development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Successful supervisory experience in a people-oriented environment.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Trained in the use of a Campus Solutions/Student Information System; ability to investigate its functionality and train others on the functionality of the system.
- Ability to commit to the highest ethical standards while working with confidential and sensitive information and student records.
- Ability to interpret and explain procedures and policies for staff, faculty, students, families and administrators.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and analysis in decision-making and problem-solving.

Salary range for this position is: $80,000 – $95,000 annually. Specific benefit information can be found here. A snap-shot of benefits offered for this position include:
