Waukesha County Technical College, in partnership with the national search firm Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean, Enrollment Management. Waukesha County Technical College seeks a dynamic and strategic professional to lead student recruitment and enrollment initiatives. This position is crucial in shaping the college’s admissions strategy, driving student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment, while ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective students. The Dean, Enrollment Management will oversee the recruitment team, manage admissions operations processes, and develop partnerships with local schools, businesses, and workforce development agencies. This position reports to the Associate Vice Provost, Student Affairs.
