The Registrar provides vision, leadership and management oversight for all major activities and the supervision of the staff within the Office of the Registrar. This includes oversight of student academic records and registration processes, including the maintenance and long term retention of student academic records; the development of the term course schedule and the schedule of classes; the scheduling of all classrooms; the maintenance of the web registration system and processes; the collection and distribution of student grades; the certification of enrollment and degrees; the certification for graduation and preparation of diplomas; the monitoring of student academic standings; the enforcement of academic policies; and the maintenance of basic enrollment and demographic data. The Registrar also serves as a key player on the management of the Commencement Committee.
