Provides primary contact for prospective students throughout the Lakeshore recruitment and application process. Responsible for building relationships and maintaining contact with inquiry and applicant pools and transitioning prospective students from inquiry to applied. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.
