Assistant Director of Recruitment

Assistant Director of Recruitment is a member of the admissions leadership team and provides strategic leadership for first‑year recruitment. This role oversees and supports the first‑year admissions counselor team, maintains a limited recruitment territory, and uses data to inform outreach strategy, resource prioritization, and team performance. The position also maintains a visible on‑campus presence, including delivering presentations to prospective students and serving as Visit Host during peak travel periods.
