Admissions Counselor

This position is responsible for engaging prospective and admitted undergraduate students and their families through individual outreach, travel, and recruitment activities within an assigned territory. The Admissions Counselor builds positive, professional relationships that support enrollment goals and effectively communicates the academic, co‑curricular, and student experience opportunities available at UW‑River Falls. Extensive travel is required, particularly during the fall and spring recruitment seasons. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while providing consistent, high‑quality service.
